2022 Statistical Reports are open.
The 2022 Statistics Report must be submitted by 5 p.m. February 3, 2023.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN, DON'T FORGET…
The GCFA is using a new system to capture the 2022 Statistics data. The ACStats System (ACS) will be accessed using the church dashboard. Please review the Church Guide for EOY and ACS Reporting before starting the EOY Reporting Process.
It is important to read through all the information/instructions provided before beginning the year-end reporting process. It is especially important to read the Church Guide for EOY and ACS Reporting. The Church Guide contains How To instructions for completing the Year-End Reporting and instructions for accessing the AC Stats reporting system including logon instructions.
The Church Table Directions (help text) fully explain how you should answer each question. (Example: questions 11a-11d ask for the number of participants in Christian formation groups. The Church Table Directions (help text) direct you to count a participant only once, even if they participate in more than one group.)
For a smoother experience: Submit the Year-End Report as early as possible. Getting started early ensures you will have plenty of time to address issues and or questions that may arise.
