The Clergy Health Institute (CHI) is an experiential wellness program supported by Pfeiffer University and Agape Senior to support primarily United Methodist clergy mentally, physically, and spiritually.
The 8 day/7 night retreat and subsequent year long follow-up support provided by the program enable clergy to learn skills and tools from professionals that will equip them to manage and balance the growing number of vocational and personal demands they experience.
Our dates for this coming year are July 24 through July 31st at Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC, and we will be hosting simultaneous yet separate male and female cohorts. We are writing to you to extend an invitation for you to recommend and encourage clergy (ordained, provisional, or local) who might benefit from a program such as CHI. In years past, we have partnered with conferences, districts, local congregations, and donors to offset the cost of the program, which is $2700. This fee includes the full retreat costs as well as the continued support throughout the year.
We are also available to do workshop type presentations for clergy or clergy-associated groups. Please feel free to connect with me directly: 757-647-6742.
