We got a call from our Conference office asking for help. 1000 flood buckets arrived at Trinity UMC in Gainesville from UMCs in Alabama and they needed help getting some of those buckets to Lakeland. Over the past two days members of our congregation have helped transfer 170 Flood buckets, 12 cases of water, 3 cases of hygiene supplies and lots of toilet paper from Gainesville to Lakeland to be distributed throughout the state. Amazing things truly happen when we work together!
