Spanish Rice #1

This is better than the boxed Spanish rice. And you can control the amount of sodium.
Spanish Rice
Ingredients:
4 stalks celery, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 T vegetable oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp paprika
1 c chopped tomatoes
3 c warm cooked brown rice
Directions:
Saute celery, onion, pepper and garlic in oil until veggies are tender. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano, basil, paprika and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft. Stir in cooked rice.
