1 3/4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple (DO NOT DRAIN)
3 oz. cream cheese
4 tablespoons butter (softened)
Mix cake ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan (well greased and floured)
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
While still hot, ice the cake.
Top with chopped pecans.
