Low calorie, old Weight Watcher's recipe


Onion Cheesecake Appetizer

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 cup pot cheese or low fat cottage cheese
1 cup skim milk
6 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 small onion
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
2 Tbsp. of topping: Choose from bacon bits, chopped pimentos,  chopped chives or sliced olives

Directions:
Put all ingredients except topping in a blender and whip at high speed until creamy. Pour into an 8" non stick cake or pie pan. Sprinkle surface evenly with topping.  Place in preheated 325 degree oven and bake for 1 hour or until crust is nicely browned. (As with all cheesecakes, crust puffs up then settles down when removed from heat.)   20 servings, 39 calories @.
