Creamy Baked Salmon Dijon

Creamy Baked Salmon Dijon
(makes 6 servings)

1 cup sour cream
2 tsp dill weed, dried                         
4 T scallions
2 T  Dijon mustard
2 T lemon juice
1 and 1/2 pounds salmon fillet
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Stir the first 5 ingredients together. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Place salmon skin side down on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper then spread the sauce.Bake until salmon is opaque in center,about 20 minutes.
