1 lb ground beef
2 cans red kidney beans
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 pkg chili seasoning mix
1 can diced tomatoes
Brown meat, breaking up into small pieces and browning onion and pepper.
Add diced tomatoes including liquid. Mix well and add LIQUID ONLY from kidney beans, saving beans to add later. Simmer 1 hour covered.
Add kidney beans to chili just prior to serving.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Helpful hint: Always rinse pasta with COLD water in order to remove most of starch. If pasta gets cold, heat in microwave and stir.
