Bring winter on!


Chili

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground chuck salted with 1 tsp. salt
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper cut up
2 cans tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can kidney beans
Mix 2 tablespoons chile powder with 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup water,1 tablespoon sugar.

Directions:
Cook Chile over medium heat in a large pan on the stove, reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
