Cauliflower Casserole #2
1 head of cauliflower (boil until tender)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
4 slices off cooked bacon (crumbled)
1/4 cup chives (divided-save 2 tbsp for topping)
Mix and top with extra cheddar, bacon, chives. Bake at 425 degrees 15 minutes.
