This is a warm spread and a bit different with artichokes. Tasty! Leftovers are reheated in microwave.
Artichoke Spread, Baked
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese, 1/3 less fat
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c lite mayonnaise
1/4 c lite sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
Place the artichoke hearts in a food processor and process until smooth. Process the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and dill with the artichoke hearts until mixture is smooth and well blended. Transfer to a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes until bubbly and lightly brown. Serve with pita chips.
