2 cans (29 oz.) peach halves
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple slices
1 can (29 oz.) pear halves
1 small bottle maraschino cherries with stems
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
6 teaspoons curry powder
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Drain and dry peaches, pineapple and pears; arrange in shallow baking dish. Garnish with cherries. Melt butter, add brown sugar and curry powder. Spoon over fruit. Bake uncovered 1 hour. Refrigerate. Reheat 30 minutes at 325 degrees to serve.
