This could double for breakfast with toast and eggs.


Corn Mush

Ingredients:

1 can creamed corn  (15 oz.)
2 eggs
1-1/3 cups milk
4 to 6 slices bread

Directions:
Grease casserole dish and put in corn. Measure milk into large pitcher. Beat in eggs. Pour over corn. Break up bread and add to mixture.

Bake for 30- 40 minutes at 350. Stir occasionally.
