Baked Haddock

Baked Haddock
Ingredients:
2 lbs. haddock, skinned
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 roll Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix Parmesan cheese, sour cream and 1/2 of the melted butter. Spread evenly over fish. Mix crumbs and remaining melted butter. Put on top. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, no longer.
