Pork Pie


Very hearty. Pair with a green salad.


Pork Pie

Ingredients:

1 pie crust top and bottom
3/4 lb. ground pork
3/4 lb. ground beef
2 cups cold mashed potatoes
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown meats; add remaining ingredients.  Pour into crust-lined pie plate; top with remaining crust.

Bake for 1 hour.
