Green Chili Chicken

This is layered like lasagna, using tortillas instead of noodles.

Green Chili Chicken


2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1 small can chopped green chilies
Onion minced
Grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Cook 2 chicken breasts. When cook enough to handle remove meat from bones. Chop chicken into serving size pieces.
Mix chicken with mushroom soup, milk, green chilies, and minced onion. Heat until warm.
In a casserole put layer of broken pieces of tortillas, one layer of chicken mixture and one layer of cheese.
Continue to layer until all ingredients used, ending with cheese.
Cover and bake a 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
