This can be used as a side dish or an appetizer with wheat crackers.
Scalloped Clams
Ingredients:
1 cup cracker crumbs (saltines)
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 can (6-1/2 ounces) chopped or minced clams
Directions:
Put cracker crumbs in an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together milk, egg and butter.
Pour over crumbs and mix well. Stir in clams and juice.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, bake for 30 minutes
