Corn Pie

This also is a tasty recipe made with fresh corn.

Corn Pie


Line a 9 inch pie plate with pie dough.
Fill with:
2 c fresh corn from cob
1/2 c milk
1 T butter
2 t salt
1 T sugar
1 hard-boiled egg

Arrange hard-boiled egg slices over top.  Cover with top crust.  Pierce with fork.  Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or longer.  Serve hot.
