Beef Roast

Ingredients:
1  beef roast
1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
1 package of  dry onion soup mix
1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Place meat in roaster pan, mix sour cream with the dry onion soup, add mushroom soup.
Pour over meat, bake covered at 325 degrees for  3 hours.
