Crab Mousse

Crab Mousse
Ingredients:
1- 8 ounce package of cream cheese
8 ounces of mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 small onion, grated
chopped pimento or red pepper for color
1 to 2 cans "Fancy White" claw crab meat
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
1/4 cup water
Parsley
Directions:
Soften gelatin in water over low heat. When dissolved add to the following mixture:
Blended cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and mushroom soup.
Add crab meat, celery, and onion. Put mixture in decorative mold and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Unmold
and serve with crackers
