"Instant" Egg Nog

Ingredients:
2- 3-1/2 ounce French Vanilla instant pudding mix
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 cups milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
nutmeg

Directions:
In large mixing bowl, heat together pudding mix, sugar, vanilla,milk, and egg yolks. Carefully fold in beaten egg whites.

Chill thoroughly.  Pour into cups and top with sprinkle of nutmeg.  Makes 8 1 cup servings.
