Mix
2 cups gluten free all purpose baking flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups mashed ripe bananas (4-5 med)

Add
3/4 cup sugar
1 small can pineapple or 1/2 cup unsweet apple sauce
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
optional 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Bake 350
45 to 55 minutes
