Traditional Irish bread


Irish Bread

Ingredients:

5 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
8 teaspoons baking powder
Sift together

2 eggs
2 cups milk
Mix together, add to dry ingredients.

2 cups seedless raisins
Added at the last

Directions:
For one large loaf pour into a frying pan. Bake one hour at 375.
For two small loaves, divide batter into two cake pans. Bake for 45 minutes in 375 degree oven.
