BBQ Ribs

We enjoy the barbecue flavor in most meat.

BBQ Ribs


3 T chili sauce
1 T molasses
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp minced, peeled fresh ginger
2 tsp Worcestershire
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1 pound ribs, boneless

In small bowl, stir together all ingredients except pork. Add 1 T water to sauce mixture; set aside. Heat nonstick 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork ribs and cook until lightly browned on outside and till they just lose their pink color on inside, 5 minutes. Turn once. Reduce heat to low; add sauce to pork and cook one minute until sauce bubbles.
