Gooey Butter Cake


This may be frozen in individual pieces for future meal time desserts.


Gooey Butter Cake

Method:

Mix the following with fork:
1 white or yellow cake mix.
1 stick butter (melted)
1 egg
Pat into bottom of large cookie sheet with sides.

Sprinkle with 1 cup pecan pieces.

Beat the following:
8 ounces cream cheese-very soft
1 lb. of confectioners sugar
2 eggs

Spread gently over dough.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-35 minutes, depending on pan, until brown (light golden) on top. You may cut and freeze pieces and eat 1 piece at a time.
