Crab Puffs

This is a little different seafood dish.

Crab Puffs


1 c water
1/2 c margarine or butter
1 c flour
4 eggs

Bring water to boil and add butter.  Return to boil.  Add flour all at once.  Remove from heat and beat in one egg at a time.  Then add the following:

3 scallions, chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
1 (6-1/2 oz) can crab meat
1 tsp Worcestershire 
1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese

Drop mixture onto a cookie sheet by the tablespoonful.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.  Turn oven down to 350 degrees at this point and bake an additional 10 minutes.

These can be frozen.
