Salmon No-crust Quiche


The charm of this recipe is that it calls for Bisquick and no other crust is needed.


Salmon No-crust Quiche

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1/2 c Bisquick
1/2 c melted butter
1-1/2 milk
1 c shredded cheddar
1 can salmon, drained and deboned

Directions:
Mix  the above  first 4 ingredients. Set aside. In separate bowl mix next 2 ingredients. Put cheese & salmon  in bottom of baking dish. Then put the first 4 ingredients which you have mixed on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
