Garlic Parmesan Spinach
Total Time: 20 minutes
4 large garlic cloves, finely chopped 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (20 oz.) package fresh spinach, washed ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Saute chopped garlic in hot oil until golden. Gradually add spinach until it wilts and is coated with the garlic oil mixture. Remove from heat. Stir in basil, salt, pepper. Serve with cheese sprinkled across the top. Quick, easy and nutritional.
