Yummy, seasonal pumpkin recipe!

Upside-down Pumpkin Dessert


1 29 oz. can pumpkin
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
3 eggs-beaten
Whipped cream
Chopped nuts

Combine above ingredients and pour into a 13x9x2 baking pan. Sprinkle on top 1 box yellow cake mix (dry) and  2/3 of one stick of margarine (melted). Bake in 350 degrees oven 45-50 mins. or until done.

During last 20 mins. of baking, sprinkle with 1 cup of chopped nuts.
Serve with whipped cream.
