3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3/4 lb. vanilla wafers
Crush wafers and line a flat pan with half of them. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Spread on crushed wafers. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Beat cream, fold in pineapple and spread on top of butter mixture. Cover with remaining crumbs. Set in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!
