1/2 c butter, softened
1c sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 c flour
2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c almond brickle chips
3 T caramel ice cream topping
Mix butter, 1/2 c of the sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla with electric mixer on med. speed until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour, mixing on low speed until blended. Press into bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-23 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, remaining 1/2 c sugar with electric mixer on med. speed oil blended Add eggs; mix well. Blend in chips. Pour over crust. Dot top of cream cheese mixture with topping. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Cut into bars.
