Black Bean Spirals

We eat these for lunch.

Black Bean Spirals

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Mexican style finely shredded cheese and Monterey Jack 
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 tsp onion salt
1 c canned black beans, rinsed, drained
3 10-inch flour tortillas

Mix cheeses, sour cream and onion salt with electric mixer on medium speed till blended.
Place beans in food processor and process until smooth. Spread thin layer of beans on each tortilla; spread cheese mixture over beans.
Roll tortilla up tight. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Then cut into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with salsa. Makes 10 servings.
