Fruit Smoothie Cheesecake

I will make this now and freeze it for Thanksgiving. It helps to have one thing done already towards a big meal.

Fruit Smoothie Cheesecake


2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c sugar
1 c whole strawberries, pureed
1 banana, pureed
1 (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 ready graham cracker crust, 9 inch

Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Gently stir in pureed fruit and whipped topping.
Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand 30+ minutes until cheesecake can be cut easily. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Serves 8.
