De La Rocha Noodles

Ramen noodles are highlighted in this recipe.

De La Rocha Noodles
Serves 4
Total Time: 30 minutes

2 packets of Ramen Noodles® 
½ lb. cooked meat (chicken, pork, beef, ham, sea food, etc)
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
1 celery stick
1 bell pepper
¼ lb. string beans 
2 table spoons of cooking oil (olive oil, vegetable oil, etc)

Slice carrots, celery sticks into 2 inch strips.  Slice whole onion and bell pepper after removing seeds. (Use half of the vegetables at a time during the cooking process.)

Using a medium pot, add 1 pint of water and meat of choice from above list; bring to a boil for 2 minutes.  Remove the meat from the water to cool, then separate the bones and strip meat with a fork. Open Ramen noodles packets and remove the seasoning (high sodium). Add ½ packet of 1 seasoning to the boiling water and dispose the remainder. Add 2 table spoons of cooking oil of choice to boiling water and seasoning.  Add half of vegetable to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Add Ramen noodles to the boiling water, black pepper, powder seasoning of choice and 2 spoons of ketchup for flavoring; cook for 2 minutes. Add the stripped meat, stir with a fork to blend the noodles and vegetables. Add the other half of the vegetables and a little water to finish cooking the noodles. Keep stirring noodles and ingredients with a fork to separate the noodles and avoid sticking. When the noodles are separated and the ingredients are blended the process is completed.
