Bean and Ham Tacos

This is a bit different taco, but good.

Bean and Ham Tacos

2 c diced cooked ham
1 T butter
1 can (16 oz) refried beans OR refried beans with green chilies
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 tsp chili powder
12 taco shells, corn
1/2 c shredded Swiss
2 c shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped
Taco sauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lightly brown ham in butter in skillet. Stir in beans, sour cream, chili powder. Cook over low heat, stirring, until heated through. Place taco shells on baking sheet and heat for 3 minutes. Spoon ham filling in taco shells. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato. Makes 12.
