Pineapple Stuffing

Pineapple Stuffing


A different style of stuffing. Would be good with ham.


Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients:

3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour

Directions:
Mix well. Add one No.2 can crushed pineapple (do not drain).
Place mixture in greased baking dish. Cut crust off about 4 slices bread and cut in squares. Slice 1/4 lb. butter and lay on top.
Bake 1 hr. @ 350.
