Japanese Smoked Turkey Salad Bowl


2 cups Louis Rich Smoked Breast of Turkey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
8 cups chopped lettuce
1 small peeled onion sliced into rings
1 and 1/2 cups sliced raw mushrooms
1/2 cup regular or low-calorie French dressing

Dice turkey into cubes. Stir turkey with soy sauce and wine. Cover and chill until serving time. Combine vegetables and divide among four salad bowls. Drain turkey and set aside marinade to be mixed with the salad dressing. Arrange drained turkey over salad. Stir French dressing into remaining marinade and spoon over salads. Makes 4 servings.
