Using the chocolate chip refrigerated dough gives you a head start on the recipe.
1 roll chocolate chip cookie dough
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, 1/3 less fat
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sugar
Baking dish 9 x 9. Spray with PAM. Combine cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Blend well. Add vanilla. Set aside.
Cut cookie dough into two pieces lengthwise. One for the bottom crust and one for top. Make top portion of cookie dough a tad smaller amt. Crumble larger portion into baking dish and pat evenly. Pour filling over cookie dough. Then crumble evenly the remaining smaller portion of dough on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool, cut into squares, refrigerate leftovers. Delish.
