Beer Cheese Soup

A favorite in Iowa!

Beer Cheese Soup


1 package celery soup mix
1 package leek soup mix
1/2 package French onion soup mix
4 cups water
16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, diced
1 can warm beer

Mix soups with water and simmer until thick. Reduce heat.
Slowly add diced up cheese, stirring constantly until melted.
Add 1 can warm beer.

May be frozen after it's made.
