2 T light garlic and herb spreadable cheese
4 slices Pepperidge Farm 100% Natural German Dark Wheat Bread, toasted
4 oz. thinly sliced skinless lower-sodium deli turkey breast
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1 cucumber, cut into 16 thin slices
Cut each piece of toasted bread into 4 pieces (quarter).
Spread the cheese on the bread slices. Top with the turkey and onion. Top each piece with one cucumber slice and hold together with a toothpick.
