Asian Barbecue Sauce (for grilling)

This comes in handy when grilling as it is different than anything we get from a bottle of barbecue sauce. Very flavorful.
Asian Barbeque Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
2-3 cloves garlic finely chopped
Mix all of the ingredients together. Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight. Brush on beef, pork or poultry during grilling. If not using immediately, keep sauce stored in a sealed container in the fridge and use within a week.
Makes 1/2 cup.
