1 box lasagna noodles
1 lb chopped meat
1 lb ground pork sausage meat
2 jars spaghetti sauce (or homemade)
Grated mozzarella cheese
Ricotta cheese (found in tub in dairy case)
Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle on top)Oregano
Boil noodles and rinse in cold water.
Brown both meats and break in small pieces. Add tomato sauce to meat.
Add egg to ricotta cheese - mix thoroughly - add oregano to taste.
Using large roasting pan, begin layering. Small amount of sauce in bottom of pan, row of noodles over. Ricotta cheese on top of noodles, spread, place some Parmesan cheese on top. Then more sauce with meat. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with sauce and mozzarella on top.
Bake at 350 degrees covered, until cheese is melted and all ingredients are hot.
