Nancy's Beef Brisket


So tender ..... so delicious!


Nancy's Beef Brisket
Serves 6

Ingredients:
1 boneless beef brisket
1 8 oz can tomato soup
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
2 tbs brown sugar
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth and pour over meat.  Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees covered tightly.
Cut across grain (in order for meat to be tender).
