Peanut Butter Pie

Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
1 baked 9" pie shell or 1 graham cracker crust
1/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
mix the peanut butter and sugar until crumbly and put into bottom of crust (save a little to sprinkle on top)
Filling:
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks slightly beaten
Directions:
Mix and bring to a rolling boil, stir until thickened, remove from heat and add 2 tsp. oleo, 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour over peanut butter mixture, cool, spread with dream whip, sprinkle with leftover crumbs. REFRIGERATE.
