Tomato Soup Cake

I keep cake flour on hand, but I know everyone does not. I have not made this cake with regular flour.
Tomato Soup Cake
Ingredients:
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c margarine or butter
1 tsp soda
1 tsp nutmeg
2 c cake flour
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cloves
Directions:
Add melted margarine to soup. Add sugar and rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with icing.
