Sweet & Sour Pork Chops or Chicken
Skinless chicken or trimmed pork chops
1 jar Russian dressing
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 16 oz jar of apricot preserves
Blend ingredients well. Place meat into casserole dish for oven or can be made in crockpot.
Pour mixture over chops and place in crockpot on low OR place in casserole dish and cook approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Serve with rice.
