Pork Chops & Baked Beans
4 thick cut pork chops
1 can baked beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
5 tbs brown sugar
Trim fat off pork chops and brown in skillet.
In an ovenproof casserole dish, pour in stewed tomatoes. Add baked beans and brown sugar.
Lay browned chops on top and add dry mustard.
Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour until chops are tender.
