Marinated Black-Eyed Peas

Southern delight!

Marinated Black Eyed Peas
Yield: 6 cups (feeds approximately 8 people)
Must be marinated for 2 days.

3 - 15 oz cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 chopped onion
1 tsp garlic salt
Dash pepper
4 dashes hot sauce

Combine drained peas, oil, vinegar, chopped onion, garlic salt, pepper, hot sauce.
Mix well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 days.
Before serving, garnish with onion rings and green pepper rings. Serve with slotted spoon.
