This is another fruity dessert that looks as good as it tastes.
1/4 c cold 2% milk
3/4 c 2% milk, heated to boiling
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
10 oz (2 c) frozen strawberries, thawed
1 container (8 oz) frozen lite-whipped topping, thawed
1 can (16 oz) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
1 (8 inch) angel food cake, cut into 1 inch squares (about 7 cups)
In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold milk. Let stand 2 minutes. Add hot milk and process low speed in blender until gelatin dissolves. Add strawberries and sugar; process high. Pour into large bowl; chill, until mix mounds slightly (20 minutes??) Fold in whipped topping, then peaches and cake. Turn into an 8 c bowl or spring form pan. Chill 1-1/2 hours.
