I make this Sundays before church. When we get home from church I make homemade pizza with it.
1 packet dry yeast
1 c warm water (100-110 degrees)
3 T honey
1 T plus 1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2-3/4 c unbleached flour
Combine yeast and warm water in small bowl. Stir with whisk until yeast dissolves. Add honey, oil and salt. Stir with whisk. Measure flour into large bowl. Add water mixture to flour. Mix with wooden spoon until dough forms. Transfer dough to floured surface and knead by hand 2 min. Transfer dough to lightly oiled dish, leaving few inches to rise. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Store in refrigeratorfor up to a few hours. Roll out pizza dough to fit pizza pan. Add all the ingredients on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
